Coincidence there mate - went to a Taverna on Saturday night and had Tzatziki for starters, then Beef Stiffado. It was good, but a little to salty for me. Dessert was more Greek wineMy favourite dish to cook has to be Beef Stifado. The taste of the slow cooked beef together with red wine, red wine vinegar, shallots tomatoes, cinnamon, spices and herbs is great. Cooked for at least 5 hrs in a slow oven, the meat just melts in your mouth.
