Whoever took their bottles to the recycling plant are trying to be 'green'. If the council can't get their finger out and empty the bottle bank that's hardly the fault of those that are trying to 'do their bit'. If the current recycling units aren't fit for purpose then either renew or add to them. We could take the money out of MPs expenses... well they seem to be used for almost anything else!
