thats a new one. there is nothing in the t+c's that specifically says the BM 2000 is not covered for repair. BM's of any type are often not covered for replacement unless you pay a fee for a certain percentage of the the work.
BM's have their own GC number and thats often how BG get out of repair or replacement....you have been unlucky that the local TSM is taking advantage of the T+C's. i often repair them under the t+c's and have had not been told not to do so.
