Two today, one another blocked pressure switch and one a leaking exp vessel.
Northy when it doesn't light. can you hear the spark ignition clicking away?
If not, it's likely to be the spark generator. Quite easy to test. Have known them fail both open and short circuit o/p.
I didn't think you could get main heat exchangers for these any more, and they were £400 or something when you could??
