Identify This Router Bit?

Thanks for that. I thought the same thing about the bearing and thought that with the top of the bit being squared off that would make the additional indent.

I could be wrong but the whiteside one also doesn't give that last additional indent does it?

That last "indent" probably isn't an indent at all because if you look carefully there is no corresponding quirk on the cutter - under extreme magnification it actually looks like the dust shield (a washer) above the bearing is fractionally too large and the "indent" looks more like a minor scorch mark - unfortunately this does happen from time to time with bearing guided cutters. TBH unless you absolutely need to match the profile (because you are matching an existing piece and the client is prepared to pay the extra to get a cutter made if needs be) it's just not worth obsessing too much over getting an exact match of a cutter
 
another point to note
what are you going to do with the moulding??
in general these mouldings can only be applied to smaller timbers then used as is or added to as a decorative trim or finnish
so whats in your mind as the use may be madly expensive and require a prohibitive amount off work ??
