Identifying/Adjusting uPVC door hinges

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with the door hinges in these images and might know how to adjust the height?

We had a new carpet laid and now it drags - previously the door area was a separate piece of carpet done in something resembling Wookie Pubes and much lower pile.

Any help greatly appreciated.
