That is rather different to what you originally suggested. Jammed on isolator, suggested the contacts have been welded up by the blast of the fault. So a new isolator needed.
Before replacing it, the fault needs to be found and fixed.

Remove the isolation switch. Terminate the conductors in individual ,insulated, terminal blocks ,and do some testing to establish where the apparent short circuit is.
The picture of the isolator with the cover removed is a concern.
