In Line fan for bathroom

Hi, I need ro replace my bathroom fan. Its about 15 yrs old and I want to replace it with an In Line fan.
If there is one that is more silent than our existent one.

Is there one you could recommend please?

It’s essential that the fan pulls dry air into the bathroom it else the fan can’t operate with any success
