Indesit -Programme selector going around continously

I have searched indesit on the forum and found a few similar topics, and asking for the fault/flashing light etc. my query is, as this machine is 3 years old is it worth spending at least £70/80 plus parts on a callout when I can replace it for around the £300 mark. any suggestions for a decent brand to replace with?

I wouldnt be able to replace parts or diagnose the problem myself
