100A TP is usually ok for a standard pub with maybe light catering, but if it's a proper commercial kitchen then you're going to be looking at 200A TP as a minimum.
Get on to the DNO now and start the ball rolling for a supply upgrade.
The last pub restaurant I did had a 100A TP head, which we enquired about having upgraded at the start of the job. They finally got back to us about 4 weeks before the contract finished and said it could not be upgraded. They would only install a new CT supply at the opposite end of the building to where the new panel board had been sited. It also required 15m of cobbled street to be dug up.
