I think it's because there a lot of people in the world, myself included, who disapprove of the fact that American cops have always been able to kill black people with impunity.
Recently, some of us have been saying so.
There are also people who don't disapprove.
It is difficult for some of them to come out of the racist closet and admit that they approve of American cops killing black people with impunity. So they try to discredit the objectors.
One of the racist memes that plays well in redneck Trumpland is to say " Anybody that doesn't approve of American cops killing black people with impunity is a dirty communist." Which is the one Bodd is trying to spread.
Another is to say "Anyone that doesn't approve of American cops killing black people with impunity wants white people to die" which we also see repeated on here.
Poor Bodd doesn't even know what a Marxist is.
