I have moved into a house with a combi boiler and most of the radiators (in all the important rooms) have trvs.
Only a couple of smaller radiators dont have trvs.
Is my system going to be less efficent for not having a room stat anywhere?

So i should buy one and put it in the lounge then and remove the trv from there and put it one of my none trv rads?
Is this correct?

Yes although if you have a gas fire or other source of heat in the living room, the rest of the house might go cold when you use it.

I have no fire or other source of heat.
Can you please reccomend me a stat and a reliable online shop to purchase from then?

Thanks again for the help

The boiler has a timer but i just tend to switch it on and off when its needed rather than use it.
Why do u ask?

It depends how much you want to spend, if you have a timer you can use a simple room thermostat, if not you should go for a programmable one.

I used to like the old Drayton digistat 2, but I found the new digistat +2 too complicated to program.

For a simple room stat I would recommend a Drayton RTS8 from Screwfix.

Cheers from browsing that screwfix site i see you can buy trvs so im going to buy some for all my small rads without them too.
