I see notch fails to provide a link to the 2017 Manifesto

I wonder if it really says "from renewables" as he claimed earlier

I see JohnD is up to his dishonest twisting of what has been written in posts.

If he wants to post the relevant part of the manifesto he is welcome to.

In the mean time here is a link to the BBC repeating what I quoted above:

I never claimed it was all from renewables, I said zero carbon and renewables. What qualifies as zero carbon?

Why so defensive?

Where have I suggested the editor, the mag, or the article incorrect?

All I asked, was of you, because you have read the article, I have not. Was the statement made, saying it WILL be achieved or its an AIM to achieve it?

This means, you, will have to answer that question to solve the circle.

Did you broadcast fake news, or not ?

This Commission’s consultation is on the issue of ‘A Greener Britain’. This topic allows the Commission to consider timely issues such as the future of agriculture, fisheries, environmental protections and wide-reaching targets currently set at a European level. The consultation will also build on the election manifesto aims of ensuring a 60 per cent renewable or zero-carbon energy by 2030, prioritising climate change action, tackling air quality and environmental stewardship.

Thank you for agreeing, I didnt claim it was from renewables.

So what counts as zero carbon?

I won't comment on your source which I haven't seen.

Can't see "zero carbon" anywhere in your first post.
to come from renewables by 2030
It must have occurred to you later.

Yeo 1st paragraph states

" in the course of the Q&A session in Warwick the shadow minister told the assembled great and the good of the West Midlands bussiness community that it was official Labour policy for 60% of all energy to come from renewables by 2030"

For the purposes of clarification, JohnD is deliberately trying to confuse the posts.

I did mention zero carbon in my first post
It did not occur to me later, it was in my first post.

Clearly JohnDs dishonesty is a blatent attempt to divert attention.

His Johnd 's usual tactics

Don't like the message shoot the messenger

Probably has to Google every facet of his life

If he cannot find something on the web it does not exist in his world
