Went to a funeral recently. At the wake, one of the deceased's relatives, who I have never met, latched onto me at the bar. Within minutes he turned the conversation to politics and I quickly formed the opinion that he was like an older version of Citizen Smith and Trotsky rolled into one. He spat bile about "Fatcher" and Tories and bored the brown stuff out of me about everything The Tories had ever done wrong and then some. He was like a one man Marxist propaganda machine - after 10 mins I made my excuses.
