Is my lawnmower broken?

I have an electric B&D stripemaster lawnmover (the type with the helicopter blade underneath), and the other day, it hit a large pebble and stopped!..... problem is, it won't work now, ti does absolutely nothing. Is it repairable? Or should i bin it?

if its "dead" have you tried all the reset buttons [on lawnmower/extention/ rcd ect]fuses in plugs fused spurs ect
have you tried a different item at the end off the extention cable !!!
have you plugged your mower in somwhere else where you have just had a working item on!!!!

Thanks big-all.. some good questions...

It has what i believe is a reset button, but that doesn't work. Have tried the mower in various sockets but i haven't checked the fuse yet... will do that next, thanks.

Can you turn the blade by hand...unplug it
