Is there a decent external trunking for electrical cables that actually looks nice?

HI everyone,

I'm just redoing my living room that has a couple of spurs running from an electrical socket, and the previous installer didn't chase the cables into the wall, and I'm not judging them, because I can't be bothered to either - they used that awful square box trunking, and it looks terrible, is there a prettier alternative? All suggestions welcome. Preferably something super low profile.

Thanks so much

(PS. I'm not above just channelling the cables into the wall if nothing is suitable, could just do without it as the walls are lime render and I know I'll lose huge patches of it if I attack it with a grinder)

Please show a photo of that which is installed,
so that others may ascertain if there is anything "prettier".
