Is this Bath Damaged beyond repair !!

This property is in Bangalore, India.

I am looking at a bath tub in a 2nd floor flat in a multistorey building where the tenants have moved out recently after a 3 year long stay. They say they have not been using this bath and have been using the alternate shower room.

That may also explain why there has been no leakage reported by the neighbors from the flat below. However, I am still not sure what could have caused such a damage and does it really mean a replacement is on the cards ? Interestingly, all the holes / crack marks have formed on those bubbles which are part of the non slip floor texture/design.

One explanation was that the tenants' maid might have used some strong chemical to clean it.

Infact the bath panel here is a fixed one with Tiles so no chance of easily getting a view of what goes in underneath without .

Any thoughts, What the next step should be ?

Doesn't look like the maid has been near that in a long time!
My guess is something heavy has been stood in the bath or maybe something with legs like a chair or a stool used in there, either to sit on for washing or to reach something above.
I think I am right in saying in India it is often common practice to "wash down" with a jug or bowl rather than soak in a bath.
There are repair kits around but you would need good access from underneath to lay up fibreglass matting and I would not repair anything more than a small chip myself.
Given that you have flats below I would play safe and replace the bath, you could be on a sticky wicket with your insurance (not to mention the neighbours) if it floods the flat below after a repair fails.
