Well, if it ain’t happened by now, I don’t think anything will go up barring standard inflation. None of those predicted massive post-Brexit shortages or price increases that I can see.

Did anyone predict that choccy biscuits would go up, or be in short supply?
How can you equate a sex offender with a wallet thief.
A wallet thief is just a petty thief, a flasher is someone who is mentally ill and needs treatment, their behaviour can have serious psychological effects on their victims especially if they are children.
My bad, I’m getting my custard creams mixed up with choccy biscuits. You said to wait until the raw ingredients go up for them. When do you predict that happening then?

But the price might go up because the raw ingredients might need a lot of forms to be filled, and the costs of the raw materials might go up.
Well when and why do you think it might go up if the forms have been out since January?

Import checks and non-tariff barriers are not supposed to be in place until 31/3/21.
But they've been delayed again (for six months, I think) because the border control aren't ready.
If UK couldn't get them ready in two years, I don't think six months will be sufficient, so it'll be open borders for a good while yet.
It's taking back control, of course, because the EU wouldn't have opened the borders.
If i take your line of thought and apply it to the wallet thief, a mugging can have serious phycological and physical effects on their victims. As with all crimes, you could make the argument that unless the wallet thief is stopped there an then, it might be the start of a deteriorating pattern of behaviour that ultimately leads to assault, knife crime or murder.
Taking an argument to the extreme to try and make a point just makes the discussion a waste of time.
In isolation, flashing is distressing and is not acceptable, but when resources are stretched as were in this context its not going to be prioritised in exactly the same way that other petty crimes will not be prioritised at that exact moment in time.
