It (they) shouldn't.
It should either be split among legitimate ticket buyers, go back in the pot or given to one of the NatLot charities/funds.
While if it happened to us we'd all love the idea of getting the money, it's simply not fair on the millions who willingly and knowingly paid into the game only to find to it went to someone who didn't even buy the ticket. I think at best they should get their pound back.
