Could it be that they have nationals who are interested in doing something other* than sitting on their arises playing games?So they’ll grow their economies while they have a shortage if labour in all sectors eh? Tell us how that works.
*Why aren't kids interested in Meccano any more?** Why don't schools teach practical skills like woodwork or metalwork. Why does UK made tools fair so badly (except for very specialised tools/machines)?
How many kids 'play' with Raspberry Pi's and actually do something useful with them?
** Stepson was given 2 identical Meccano sets for his 10th birthday - took him several days to realise he could make bigger models by using parts from both sets, His sister worked that out.
