Wow - those discs are in some state!
I'm trying to familiarise this set up with a similar one from a Transit twin wheeler.
I think the shoes within the disc can be adjusted through one of those bung holes in the rear. As the holes aren't near the periphery of the drum its unlikely they are only there for inspection. Can you see or feel any sort of mechanisn when you poke a screwdriver through there?
On the first pic, it should be possible to remove the disc/drum from the axle but a large puller will be needed, and the rust is severe so it will be stuck fast.
One of the Transit tricks was to knock one of the wheel studs through into the drum, to allow the adjuster to be undone and the drum removed.
Now, this is just guesswork by me, as you can probably tell.....is there an Iveco dealer close to you?
