What about a gay James Bond or a gay/ black/muslim/ female/ who can't speak English properly James Bond, that would tick all the boxes.

As to him being black , then it really shouldn't matter but saying that seeing Felix Lieter change colour really stuck in my mind as lazy continuity even if it was in two different films.
Anyway I much prefer Harry Palmer.

Worst castings ive ever seen include Ken Stott as Rebus, and David Tennant as anything whatsoever he touches.Jack Reacher, notable for his huge size....played by Tom Cruise.

I thought Stott was just like Rebus! , it just shows the power of the imagination when reading.

For me Roger Moore was Bond, for no other reason ( eg acting) than he was the one playing him in the Cinema when I was a lad.
