1. Men are not permitted to wear a gold stud in their earlobe. It looks silly and vain.

2. Necklaces on men are weird. Especially huge gold ones. Gaudy and tasteless.

3. One, repeat, one, ring is OK, but it has to be the wedding ring, nothing else.

4. "Alternative" piercings are OK if you are alternative (you are in Generation X or in a band for example). Otherwise, no.
