Karndean on new concrete floor is bumpy

Hi all I have a poser for you we had a new porch built about 7mths ago concrete floor was down for several wks before I laid the karndean down the floor was full levelled 2wks before it's been down about 8wks now and now have large lumps and dips all over it any idea what's caused this

Chase up as you have a warranty on that outlined on the product website.
I've seen some lift and have to be glued down again.
Sounds like a problem with glue sticking

There could be a chance floor is damp did Karndean Fitter damp test floor ?

I wonder if it's damp driving salts out of whatever the floor was levelled with. Pull the karndean off and have a look at the floor. It'll have to come up anyway to remedy but should be possible to reinstall if you're careful
