BBA is not relevant - its Local Authority you should all be concerning yourselfs with!!

BBA is relevant for new build if you want a build warranty from the likes of NHBC, Zurich etc.

Correct which is why we no longer accept it,then we allowed sf19 as it still complied but now that does not conform either !!!!
To those that say its still ok and used on a recent job are probably working to a full plans detail that has already been approved, if you are working on a building notice check with bc first.
