Yes, you could.... ;) But I only do this for criticals.
Fair enough ...but would you regard, say, a washing maching, dryer and dishwasher sufficiently 'critical' that you wouldn't want a fault in one to take out either of the others?

The only things in my house (other than lighting circuits) which I regard as sufficiently critical to warrant their own circuits for that reason are some IT/comms/alarm/security stuff, freezers and the pump which keeps my cellar flood-free (and, as previously discussed, the latter, being probably the most critical, actually has two independent dedicated supplies, fed from different phases)!
