Hi all,
We're having a frustrating time with our kitchen fitters.
The slate tile floor was laid over two days, but left ungrouted and unsealed. Then the fitters turned up and started building the kitchen on top. We have carcasess and a few doors but no appliances yet. The fiiters are planning on completing the build before the tiler comes back to finish the grouting and sealing. This is likely to leave us with ungrouted areas under the units and certainly under the integrated dishwasher etc.
Fitters reckon 'it'll be fine'.
Will it?
Is this normal practice?
Are we just being fobbed off on what seems to be a badly organised fit?
