Kitchen Lighting How Many LED's

I bought these in a trade pack of 10. Thought the 2.5w would be a bit dim but was surprised. Could upgrade to a higher wattage as my eyes deteriorate! Spacing approx 1.2m apart on a 9’ ceiling. Good light, no noticeable shadows. Perfect for my kitchen.

Ive got 36 degree beam angle, which seems about right to me.

We have made up our minds that we do not want down lights, mainly because once installed there is no going back. Instead we are going for LED track lighting. 8 in total 4 at each end. I have found some 120 degree 8W or 10W LED's on-line and wonder if they will be suitable????

Each to their own. Downlights seem rather Marmite on here..... I for one very much like them in the kitchen. Very sleek and unobtrusive. But not great for other rooms in my opinion.
