Technically I see no faults. As BAS says either LABC or your electrician has the final word not us. But submitting that as the plan to LABC would seem reasonable.
I like the idea of submitting a plan with as much detail as possible to the LABC as then they have to place any objections before the work is done rather than after.
Sorry if I caused confusion I found a picture of a Schuko socket with scheme members can't use. And a picture of the BS4343/CEE17 plug which can be used by scheme members clearly they don't connect together. To me the blue BS4343/CEE17 is unsightly and if I wanted a plug even though rated 15A not 16A I would use the BS546 15A plug as they are smaller and look better. But really can't see what is wrong with a cooker connection unit.
