Knocking a wall through

Wondering if anyone can help me.

I am looking to knock this wall through to make my kitchen semi open planned. Where the stairs go over the side of the side see in picture, am I able to knock this wall through if I put support in?

Obviously if you put the right support in you can do basically anything.
Very hard to know from your description and photo exactly what you want to do and how expensive it is likely to be
All I can say with confidence is it's either going to be a very narrow opening or have severely limited headroom.

Yes, if its a straight flight it is fixed and supported at the top.

This is the wall from the other side which is the whole wall I wanted to knock through. I’ve also attached a picture further away (the kitchen is all going to be ripped out) so I would like to have the whole wall knocked through. If that makes sense!
