100/80 makes sense because 100A is the smallest isolator rating over 80A and 80A service fuses are common most split boards
maybe im being overcautios but i wouldn't fancy putting one on a 100A service fuse as you could easilly be running the 80A rcd into overload while running all breakers and fuses within rated current
duuno about 100/63 not even sure its made (though you could make one up with a split load kit) every split board tlc have seems to be 100/80
