Secondly I may spell it wrong, as it is a foreign phrase.

Does the phrase "fouler konker lie" mean anything?

Its says, ( its easy when you have the net ). went on ask jeeves , then typed duch words then on right side of screen clicked on english to duch dictionary

Well that shows you never to trust Internet translations. It's been turned into abracadabra.
Should be:
't is makkelijk als je het net hebt.

when you type in the english word it translates into the duch equivelent . but there are some times 2-3 duch words meaning the same as one english word, thats why it looks different to yours.

Like I said, don't trust Internet translations
The funniest one I ever seen was an English Kleeneze site 'translated' in Dutch where Neighbourhoodwatch was translated into buurt horloge
(buren = neighbourhood, horloge = watch as in wrist-watch )
