leak from upstairs tiled bathroom!

Thanks for the advise. Boiler doesn't seem to be losing pressure and have put the C/H as per normal with all radiators on - no leak as of yet. Also checked around all outlets of bathroom furniture, seals, etc - no leak. This may mean it was possibly rainwater as I recall it raining on the day - somehow maybe it seeped into flooring hence leak. Alternatively maybe a reservoir of water eventually came through as noted a dribble on a shower head - this may have over time collected in the flooring and eventually came though. Gonna hold back on making a ceiling hole and wait for rain to see if this causes it. Tried it with a house outside the house where I suspect may have seeped though - nothing. Will buy that flexi-camera as no doubt will need it at some point. Thanks all forum members for the advice. All really helpful. Will add post if I have any updates as to this leak re-appearing. Cheers again folks. Oh, final point nope not DIY job was done by a pro about 3 years ago.
