Noticed some damp recently in one corner of a bedroom

Given the radiator outlet (and inlet) both go into the floor, my best guess is the radiator piping isn't the source of this. I'm quite certain also that there shouldn't be any other piping in that wall given it's inner wall, and no other radiators or bathrooms in either room next to this corner.

Any more investigation I could do myself before I call in the plumber?

Corner of the roof. Water running down cavity?

What's outside?

Could also be the drain if you have one there

Is your heating system pressurised/ sealed ,if so are you experiencing pressure loss ?
Is property a bungalow ?
Are either of the walls external ?

Its a flat with this room being an extension and a terrace above for the flat upstairs. There has been no pressure loss in the system, so not a leak from the boiler piping.

One of the walls (the one behind the radiator) is an external wall. I've just noticed that there are 2 outlets from the boiler (pics below), look like waste outlets of some kind, that come out on the other side of the wall and it must run along that corner based on where my boiler sits. One of those may be the source of the leak I guess. Is there a way I could check, other than taking out the plasterboard behind the damp area?

The smaller copper pipe is the Pressure relief pipework, water will only come out of that ,and your pressure will drop on the sealed heating system, if a fault develops. The other is the condensate drain and water flows from that every time the boiler is in use, and drips constantly during operation.
The wall is obviously damp by the looks of it. Clear away the leaves and debris. I can't tell where your damp proof course is ,and it may be bridged if the external ground level is too high.
Nevertheless the damp on the external wall needs sorting out.
Where is the internal issue in relation to the damp in your pic ,is it the same area ?
