I've had about 4/5 different roofers out all say different things and wont get back to me with any quotes!!! its like they don't wont the job!
I only seem to get water penetration when there is a substantial amount of rain/wind. So i suspect its soaking in through the brickwork. I'm probably going to get it re-pointed and silicone sealed in the spring, and hope that sorts it. Either that or a lead tray fitted.
Sorry to hear that, sounds annoying. We had a similar issue and had new soakers/flashing which didn't have any effect. We've since had new concrete on the flaunching and a water seal painted on the brickwork (pointing was fine apparently) but have yet to have any heavy rain to see if that's worked! Fingers crossed.

Just had a bit of rain and ours is still leaking Any suggestions for what to try next? We were told the pointing looking in ok condition but that is the only other thing I can think of. The tiles we're told look fine, the pots have covers, so not sure what's left!
