leaking scalemaster

I have a scalemaster "magnetic speedfit scale inhibitor" fited to the cold water feed of my combi boiler. The problem is that the push-fit fitting on the bottom (input) of it is leaking.

How do I go about stopping the leak?

Green one, these pin hole on the seem and have seen pushfit bits disintegrate completly, change it £25 to buy or £30 for metal one
