leaky metal frame window

In this really wet weather, water is coming in from a gap between the window frame and interior lintel, in the middle...moistly when rain and wind cast a particular angler to the house. Expert I or sealant around window was renewed last summer and walls painted with weather seal as we had this problem at about this time last year. This is a ground floor flat in a two story 4 in a block type. It is a pest ..any thoughts on cause and or remedies?? thanks!!

Pics inside and out please. Including what is above the outside of the window and if possible the condition of the tiles on the roof above it too.
