I would like to build a lean-to (open on three sides and the other side on the house brick wall), however there is a gas boiler flue outlet on the wall which will be about 200mm below the roof of the lean-to? There is a door which is 300mm away from the outlet of the flue. The flue would be on edge of the lean-to (see image attached). Would I need to extend the flue away from the lean-to, or is there enough open space for the setup as it is currently? I tried reviewing as many regulation references as I could, but I'm still not sure. I could make the lean-to a bit shorter on the left hand side, but ideally would want it to cover the whole way along.

Given it’s a conventional boiler, I’m not sure you could extend the flue. The window is also too close, 1200mm away is the distance
I read this in the manual also but understood that to be 1200mm if within a carport (not open space). If in open space then it has to be 300mm from a window.
