I have 6ft pillars holding up my wooden fence. During the hurricane that came through Houston, the wind pushed 2 of my pillars about 2" off of their footing and leaned them over. There are no cracks in the brick or mortar. I need suggestions on how to re-anchor the brick to the footing. I've called 3 masons, 1 came out and I've never heard back form him.
