A rubber "sticky cup" used for putting things onto tiles and as found on the tips of toy bows and arrows may have enough sticky to pull the lamp out. Use Vaseline to wet the cup if water doesn't give a good enough vacuum.
fishing line? if you can slide it under then wrap it round a few times, keeping it taught, it might raise the light enough to get a crowbar in underneath
a crowbar is too thick to get in between the brick and the circle which encompasses the lights; anyone got any better ideas, ie a tool that is a lot thinner which could be slid into the gap?
