Hi All,

I'm looking for some advice about levelling a small area of floor. Most of the floor is tiled, but there are a couple of sections that are untiled and I'd like to bring up to the level of the tiles. The difference is about 1.5cm.

Can I use some cement in these areas or would I need self-levelling compound?

I have attached some pics of the floor.

Many thanks for your advice :)

If there's any movement in those wooden floorboards whatever you use will crack and move. Perhaps some 15mm plywood screwed to the boards would be better
