I am seriously considering the above scheme in order to help my 2 sons get on the property ladder.
I have looked into every aspect and whilst the lenders obviously will make a packet out of it I think that after taking into account things such as , inheritance tax, possible fees to fund nursing home costs, and increases in property values, it seems a reasonable proposition.
As anybody out there any first hand experience of these schemes, or have I missed out something, any comments would be gratefully received.
