Lights over kitchen sink - zone3/IP21?

Can anyone advise the regulations for under cupboard lights being installed over a kitchen sink?

I'm planning to install mains LEDs over and under the cupboard and would like to know if the lights I buy need any special requirements.

They will be at least 600mm above the sink. Are kitchens the same as bathrooms?

With regards to zones kitchens are not the same as bathrooms.
Kitchens do not have a zoning classification.
But common sense must be applied when installing accessories close to sinks/drainers and hobs.
Lighting above sink at distance of 600mm or greater, I would consider to be one of a lower risk from water spray.
Lights below the sink, could be a possible risk if a leak occurs form any local pipework or if any maintenance to pipework is required.
