Lock shield valve

Hi I have this ladder style radiator that’s leaking near trv. I want to unscrew the valve and apply some ptfe and screw it back in but I am worried that water may come through the pipe if I unscrew it. I want to isolate/cut the water supply to this .
But I can’t find the lock shield valve for this radiator. I read that to isolate the radiator from the system , turn off trv and turn off lock shield valve but I can’t see the lock shield on the other side of trv.

The left valve has a cap on it, unscrew than and you'll find an allan key screw valve underneath.
