loft conversation

Hi

I have a question regarding loft conversation.

What do you experts consider a reasonable price to pay for the bare bones of a loft conversation, bolted steel frame to support the new floor joists approx 6m long and 5m across, floor joists to fill the frame and a set of stairs with a turn at the bottom and a half landing at the top rising approx 2.8m. including the material's mentioned, an educated guess is good enough for me at this stage.

As the moderator says see item 9 as it's impossible without looking at it but usually a minimum £10,000 + is a starting price including stress load calculation, drawing plan & BCO fee.
