Electrical, Looked at the BS 7671 and 16th edition (Blue book), can't find it, probably looked in the wrong chapter. In general I'm looking for info concerning the cable protection and type of sockets, (i.e; does it have to be metal or standatd plastic will be ok etc.)

It's just a "room" - unless you have reason to believe it will be a hazardous environment, I don't see why you'd need any special precautions.
