If you understand that the cost of a vehicle can be broken down into its component parts & reassembled to be called the 'total cost of ownership', then yes. Anything other than the actual cheapest way to buy a vehicle becomes the cheapest way when fools need to be fooled by fools that need the money more than the fools they are cheating.
The last time I walked into a scenario where one of these fools tried to fool me into thinking their way of purchasing my vehicle was good for me I made them look foolish.
