Looking for round fixings

Hi

Looking for fixings as per photos attached, made from plastic. I need the same but without the middle metal pin.

It's for fixing the base to a wood sheet and be able to attach 25mm metal round bar and take it off as an when needed. It has to be strong, the base of the plastic in the pics is about 4mm.

What are they called / where to buy?
