Loss of hot water pressure after changing taps!??!

The hot water does come from the boiler, but it's not the boiler that creates the pressure. It is the water tank, when you open the bathroom hot tap nothing would come out if the water in the water tank was at the same level. The higher the tank, the higher the distance and the higher the pressure. If the water in the tank was 1 metre above the bathroom tap the pressure at the tap would be 0.1 bar, but it might be 4 metres above the kitchen tap so the pressure at the kitchen tap would be 0.4 bar.

The answer is the nozzle on the tap. They have a diffuser which runs fine with cold but with hot there isn’t enough pressure or it restricts on hot to save energy. Unscrew the nossle end and either remove mesh or take apart to just leave final mesh.
