Macerators

If the soil pipes is only 4 odd meters away the why are you not doing this properly?

Are you a plumber? Not can you do plumbing.......... are you qualified?

I once had customer wanted me to fit a second hand one you can guess what I told him and when
I took a look at the job it took me 5 hours to put the toilet into the stack and make it a
Proper job.

Just to be clear and save any mess you will need 2 jubilee clips to make it water tight, I`ve seen one in White rather than the horrid Black but they are harder to find.

Worst one ever was the one with the soil pipe only 24" away. Being a small flat and it being their only toilet I fixed the macerator and told them to get quotes and remove the macerator. Even though I make my living from them I always tell people to go mains if they can.

I have a second brand name of the Saniflo, something like Turbomax.

It has been working fine for about seven years now with toilet, hand basin and shower into it. But then used properly of course.

I also have a two manual Wurlitzer from about 1974.

macerators are the devils work..terrible invention..they all block up or breakdown eventually.
